Jamboree GMAT Coaching Review

I was a complete novice with regards to GMAT even as recent as January 2014. I had only heard of the exam but knew NOTHING about it at all. I have a pretty good foundation in English basics as well as maths. The maths faculty noticed this and said that I had potential and asked me to come from 5-8. Basically he sacrificed his own free time because he felt was worth it ! The administrative staff was very accommodating. I used to spend 4-5 hours on the saturdays as well as sundays during the last 5-6 weeks before my exam taking practice test. (most important part of preparation) All in all I am satisfied with my entire experience at Jamboree especially with the personal attention.

Abhishek Bhatia: GMAT Score: 730

I believe for GMAT preparation, Jamboree India is one of the most apt places to start. The course & methodology adopted at Jamboree are very well structured. The faculty is rich in knowledge & has been extremely supportive all throughout the course. Furthermore, a plethora of practice tests coupled with doubt sessions with the faculty for analysis of each test provided me with an edge over my peers. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire Jamboree team for my success & would like to recommend Jamboree for people planning to prepare for the GMAT.

GMAT Preparation 2014 - Score a 700 Plus on the GMAT

Work smart

If your goal is to Score a 700 plus on the GMAT, you can perhaps concentrate on getting competent at each format of question on the GMAT, and learn basic tips and tricks. But, if you want a Q51 + V46 score, you will need to know every format in and out.

Improve your logical skills

If you look at the GMAT as a whole, it is nothing but one giant test of how cleverly you think, and how you are able to apply logic to every area. Therefore, you do not have a huge word list in verbal; rather, you are tested on how you interpret commonly used words when they appear in phrases and passages.

Have a plan

Right from the step where you fix on a GMAT coaching program - for example, any of the multiple successful programs at Jamboree - you will have to strive for excellence in every sphere, and go that extra mile to get everything right, instead of almost everything.
